[Main Features]
1. All-round online dynamic detection for wheelset, running gear, pantograph and vehicle roof.
2. The laser displacement sensing technology is adopted to ensure the precise detection of wheelset profile dimension for the vehicles with speed below 120km/h.
3. Intelligent installation platform ensures the sensor position arrangement invariant, which makes it suitable for both monolithic track bed and ballasted track bed.
4. The system adopts the vibration & impulse measurement technology, which can realize the non-contact quantitative inspection of the wheelset tread defects.
5. The synchronous follow-up technology is firstly adopted in the passing-type wheelset deep flaw detection system, which can significantly reduce the number of sensors, eliminate the couplant between ultrasonic sensor and wheel, and improve the stability of the equipment.
6. The vision measurement techniques have been used for the automatical measurement of the thickness of brake shoes and brake discs.
7. The laser techniques have been adopted in the foreign objects detection for vehicle roof and bottom, which has advantages of high accuracy and immunity to environment influence.
8. Expert diagnosis system has transformed the alarm mode from after-alarming to prior-warning, and the maintenance mode from periodical maintenance to state-based maintenance.
